Returns, Shipping, Delivery

New pianos are subject to return conditions set forth by manufacturers warranty through the appropriate authorized dealer. Pre-owned pianos are subject to returns an on individual basis and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, together with return freight. No return merchandise will be accepted without the issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), RMA must be requested in writing directly to Make An Offer Pianos within twenty days of original delivery of the instrument, no exceptions. Standard shipping delivery encompasses 150 miles from the Make An Offer Pianos warehouse, smooth pavement and no steps at delivery address; all non-standard shipping and delivery will be quoted on an individual basis.
